Harpist Anna has performed for a wide range of corporate clients including Deloitte, Drummond’s Bank, KPMG, BP and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Studying at both Leeds and Birmingham Universities, she achieved a BA (hons) in Music and English plus a MMus in Performance.
After finishing her studies Anna has been busy as a freelancer in the UK performing for the Lord Mayor of London, the Prime Minister, Princess Anne and the Princess Royal and at venues such as The Albert and Victoria Museum, Tate Britain, Althorp House and the Savoy Hotel. Her debut on BBC 3 Radio and Purcell Room with James Bowman, Peter Medhurst, Linda Howarth and Carol Wells was in 2004 and Anna has also appeared with film director Ken Russell in the BBC television series A Picture of Britain. With regular performances at functions within the UK and abroad, playing with the Orquesta Sinfonica de Tenerife, Orquesta Filamonica de Gran Canaria, Southbank Sinfonia and Britten-Pears Orchestra.
Most recently she appeared The Rye Festival as member of the Sussex based Tilling Ensemble, Britten’s “A Ceremony of Carols” at St. Martins in the Fields & Portsmouth Cathedral, Handel’s Harp Concerto with the Voce Ensemble, Debussy’s Danses at the Brighton Fringe Festival and Mozart’s Flute and Harp Concerto at various locations.
