How is the technology arranged?
Each artist has a technical rider that is shared in advance to ensure requirements can be met. This states exactly what the famous artist needs to perform.
How much do famous artists cost?
The prices of well-known artists vary enormously. For a semi-famous singer you can pass an amount from £1000. Well-known artists who are only known in the UK cost between £2,000 and £15,000. Artists who are also internationally known have a price tag between £15,000 and £50,000. The most popular DJs and Artists who are famous worldwide can have a starting price of £100,000. Of course, there are exceptions to this price classification. Would you like to know which artists you can book with your desired budget? We are happy to provide you with independent advice on this.
Is the artist available?
It is important to carefully check whether the well-known artist is available on the indicated date. We will check the availability for you and will send you a proposal based on this. If we indicate that the artist is available, the option will also be fixed. Otherwise it will be clearly indicated.
What is a rider?
A rider is a document in which the wishes and requirements of an artist are recorded. Well-known artists in particular often have a number of wishes, such as their own dressing room, a certain number of bottles of drinks, a meal and so on. In addition to this 'hospitality rider', artists often also have a 'technical rider'.
This rider states, for example, which speakers, inputs and monitors are desired. In many cases, the artist's sound engineer takes this himself. He can also plug into your available sound set. On the technical rider you can see whether your Production Kit & Audio meets the artist's requirements. If you don't understand this. No problem, we are happy to help you with this!
How is the price determined?
Ultimately, every event or festival is unique. Therefore, we are happy to discuss your requirements in advance and can make an appropriate tailor-made proposal.
The price mainly depends on the following factors:
- The desired duration of the performance
- Travel time and travel costs
- Any lighting and/or sound technology required
- Any waiting and preparation time
- The group size
- Familiarity of the act
- Booking Fees
What is the process of a booking?
Our job is to completely unburden you so that you end up having a successful event. This is how you achieve it:
- Look at our website and choose the entertainment you like. Difficult to choose? Contact our team and we will help you find the right option.
- You will receive a proposal, does it not quite fit your needs then let us know and we will try to adjust to suit. You can indicate that you wish to book and we arrange the contracts to be signed by the artist or direct management and yourself.
- We will make an agreement and invoice. Payment Terms are 50% of the Artists Fees plus Booking Fees to confirm the act. The balance will be required 30 days before the event date. If your event is 30 days or less from the booking time then the full amount will be expected.
- Artwork or any online promotions cannot be actioned until the deposit is paid in full.
- All Artwork and Publications must be approved by us prior to release.
- We ensure all the entertainment is booked correctly and we organise the whole process until the event date.
- We're all set. We are going to make it a successful occasion!

How can I cancel?
Do you want to cancel unexpectedly? Please contact us, we will then try to resolve it as best we can for both you and the entertainment you have booked. In consultation, we usually come to the best solution.
This is the standard cancellation policy:
The deposit is payable upon issue of contract and non-returnable unless the Artist cancels the performance. The Promoter/Client agrees to pay 100% of the total fee agreed if the performance is cancelled within 120 days of signing the contract.
How does payment take place?
After signing the contract directly with the Artists or their Management, you will be sent an invoice with the payment details included, payable by bank transfer to our UK partner Jealous Entertainment Ltd or directly to the Artist or their direct Management.
What if last-minute it turns out the act cannot perform?
We always have a backup option available. If the entertainment you have booked is unable to perform due to force majeure, we will do everything we can to make it happen. Because we have such a large network, we always succeed.
